Personality Profile: Tobias is very quiet and shy. While he wont walk away, he tends to avoid social situations as he considers himself quite awkward. Often he gets lost in his music, so walking up to him while he is playing likely means he wont notice.
Physical Description: Short and slight, he certainly doesn't cut a very imposing figure. His face is still boyish, no harsh angles found anywhere. His hair is usually of medium length and brushed back carefully.

Mutation/Powers:
Primary : Seismokinesis - While playing a musical instrument, Tobias is able to create and manipulate vibrations. His ability has ranged from shattering glass, all the way up to causing a seismic tremor. The latter, however, is usually only quite small and in a limited area. The only known instance of a larger tremor happening was after an emotional shock, which caused a tremor powerful enough to nearly destroy the ampitheatre he was in at the time.
While using this ability, Tobias can remain untouched by any tremor he causes, as if he has perfect balance.
Tobias is also able to project a wave of vibrations outward from him, either directed or area of affect. If the former, the wave loses force enough to knock down at around 50 feet. If the latter, the wave stops 15 feet away. These waves are capable of knocking people down, either by the bluntness of the assault or the ground shaking.
It is possible to project a smaller amount of vibration into the air and ears of people around him, causing disorientation and balance issues.
Secondary : Musical Savant - What most people take years to master, Tobias is capable of learning a new instrument within weeks, and is also posessing of Absolute Pitch.

Background: He is an only son. His father is a Captain in the German Navy, working out of the Kiel Naval Base for the Baltic Fleets.
Since he was five his parents had him doing piano lessons, and his ability with the piano grew considerably after he turned 13. By the time he was 15 he was considered to be one of the best young musicians in all of Germany and was frequently asked to perform recitals. At 15 he took up playing the violin and within weeks had mastered it, surprising his parents and the tutor. He was able to reproduce music after hearing it once, both by playing it and writing the music notation.
Just after his seventeenth birthday he was asked to perform at the Berliner Philharmonie before the Orchestra. At the urging of his parents he travelled to Berlin with his mother, his father having to stay behind for the Navy.
Just an hour before the concert was to begin, his father had a stroke and was taken to hospital. Distraught, his mother convinced him to play as his father would still want him to. So he did, and the performance was amazing as he poured emotion into each note. At some places people claimed that their seats were shaking. Then, at the climax of a piece, a violent tremor struck the building. It cracked the masonry and sent several people from their seats.
Throughout this, Tobias continued to play - Seemingly unaware. An evacuation was ordered and someone interrupted Tobias - The tremor almost immediately stopped.
In investigation revealed that it was in fact Tobias that caused the very localised tremor.
After his father recovered, they sent Tobias to the United States to a specialised school to help him with his ability.
