psychosis type of state.

Ability One: Electric Charge Control- Bonzir is able to store electricity (stores more in bionic arm capacitors) he drains from the electronic sources around him and being able to release it with deadly effect. Going over the limit he
is able to store/handle will cause devastating and explosive consequences.

Ability Two: Glitch- Bonzir is able to move in short burst from one spot to another if there is nothing in his line of sight to the spot he wants to be.

Ability Three: Disrupt- Bonzir can send out a pulse wave around him up to 30ft causing machine type objects/creatures to malfunction for a short time.

Drawbacks & Weaknesses: He is 90% a bipedal bag of meat.
He's very prone to psionic type abelites due to him suppressing the trauma and all the testing done to him.

Background: Bonzir was born and raised in Stockton, New Jersey, a small city with a mix of opportunity and hardship. As a child he was know for his inventive mind. His mom and dad worked tirelessly to provide for him and his two younger sisters who he lost contact with 8 years ago. Bonzir's curiosity led him to rebuild gadgets and making things from objects around the house no longer being used. This got the attention of the local "tech wizard" which Bonzir humbly took up his offers to help his family. With the quick amount of money and the pressures of his life pulled him into the darker side of life.
At 16 Bonzir got caught up with a local gang named The Faceless. He started in small time heists and using his mechanical skills to further help the gangs presence in Stockton. At the age of 18 a robbery job he was on with the gang went side ways which landed him in prison for 4 years.
A few days after his release at 22 he was kidnapped by a rival gang in a brutal act of retaliation for pushing them out of their territory which resulted in the traumatic loss of his left arm. The physical and emotional trauma and the countless injections of testing new street drugs and bio engineering enhancements slowly changed and altered his DNA giving him the metahuman powers he has today.
After months of recovery he then immersed himself into the underground world of prosthetics and cybernetics, Which he then engendered his own prosthetic which impressed the underground scene so much he started to sell and modify people to make greater enhancements to his gang and others be it good or down right horrifying.
Seeking a clean break from his past Bonzir heard about a place called Cobalt Hill that could possibly take him in and help him advance his life in the right direction. On his way to Cobalt Hill Bonzir would set up a on the go workshop where he continued to refine his prosthetics and other activates for money but with more intent to help others who also suffered with traumatic loss of limbs.
