General Power Information: Mutated animal controller

Ability One: Sapience (hey, for a rat this _is_ a superpower) While terrifyingly clever, Prime's intelligence is still within theoretical human maximums.
Ability Two: Telepathy(limited to rats only) she can send and receive from other rats.
Ability Three: Infection.The viral splicing tool used to grant Prime her sapience has mutated, and lives inside her. Prime is a Typhoid Mary. Direct fluid transfer from her to another normal rat will infect that rat, causing it to mutate. Results are unpredictable, and to be determined. Like Herpes, the virus stays with the subject forever. Unlike Herpes, the results are (usually) beneficial. Note, any changes are not instant, and it can take weeks, if not months to recover from the infection, and the subsequent changes.


Drawbacks & Weaknesses:
1. Mute. Prime hasn't developed enough to have vocal chords that can handle human speech yet.
2. Small. Prime is only 20 pounds.
3. Sheltered. Prime grew up in a cage, in a lab. She doesn't know much about the world.
4. Myopic. Prime, like all rats, is very near sighted. However, when close to an object, she has excellent detail vision.

Background: Redacted labs was working on a Super Intelligence serum to be used on humans. While still in the testing stages, the Cobalt Hill Supers team discovered and arrested the Mad Scientists running the place, and Prime was, um... 'acquired' during the incident. At current date, She appears to be nothing more than a scientific curiousity, and an interesting pet.
