General Power Information: Rainbow / Prism Manipulation
Ability One: Rainbow Balls
A fairly basic use of her powers, Cassie can generate 5 balls of prismatic light. These are bright enough to blind temporarily, like a very bright flash, but do no permanent damage. She can propel them away from her one at a time, or all at once, with a speed of about 75mph. They do no physical damage themselves. They are simply light.
Ability Two: Rainbow Shell
Cassie can draw on the power of the prismatic light to create a shimmering rainbow shell around her body. It works as an outer shell and can absorb the impact of most blunt strikes. A blade or bullet will pierce the shell.
Cassie can focus the shell to specific parts of her body, giving herself a rainbow-fist or helmet. This does not amplify her strike at all, but does keep her from getting injured when in a fist fight.
Ability Three: Rainbow Beam
Cassie can harness the power of the prism and focus it into a tight light-beam that acts similar to a laser beam. Fabric, wood and flesh can be burned from it's intensity. It can burn through metal, but only if she is able to keep it focused in the same place for a few uninterrupted minutes.
Drawbacks & Weaknesses: Cassie needs a prism/rainbow in order to absorb the power of the rainbow, this means she either needs the perfect weather conditions, or a light source and a reflective surface such as a mirror or a diamond.

Background: Cassie was raised like a normal girl with a single mother. She was spoiled by her mom and her mom's family. When she was 11 her mother was in a car accident and passed away. The family, knowing the name of Cassie's father reached out and finally found him. After a bit of time feeling him out, they allowed Cassie to go live with him, because they felt it was appropriate for her to have a relationship with her father.
