General Power Information: Spirit Warping
Ability One:Spirit Form
Like his mother, Tony has the ability to change into the form of his spirit guide, a large wolf. His wolf form is black furred, with shifting blue light occasionally appearing against his skin. His eyes glow with that same blue light. There is a constant haze of blue smoke/mist that rises from the wolf. Unlike his mother, Tony has full control over his change and can do so at-will. There is no loud noise, there is simply Tony being surrounded by the blue mist until he is obscured, then as it fades the wolf remains. The same occurs in reverse for Tony to return to human form. Tony is able to speak while in Spirit Form.
Ability Two: Extra-dimensional Shifting
Like his father, Tony has a specialized organ located against his brainstem at the back of his skull, which controls his ability to 'shift' his wolf body into a parallel dimension existing concurrently with the real world, his 'warp organ' producing a field that envelopes his person. Tony has recently learned that he can bring objects (including people) in and out of the In-Between. This has not been explored further.
Ability Three: Blink Travel
Time works differently in this parallel dimension for Tony than it does for his father, instead of time slowing down, it speeds up. This will allow Tony to 'blink' travel vast distances in short periods of time as he dashes through the In-Between.
Drawbacks & Weaknesses:
Tony is very new to his powers and has already gotten into trouble with them once, getting himself trapped in the 'in-between' and unintentionally aging himself up 6 years. His wolf form has the abilities of .. a wolf. He does not have use of hands, and his only weapons are his teeth and claws. Shifting increases his metabolism, causing an already black-hole stomach of a late teen to require even more food to keep himself going.

Background: Anthony was born to Sisip Webster ( https://www.clevercanadian.com/cobalt/v ... php?t=1555 ) and Jackson Sterling ( https://www.clevercanadian.com/cobalt/v ... php?t=1602 ). He has had a fairly normal life, for living in one of the best 'other ability' schools in the Americas. When he was a young child his father ran off to join the circus work as a government agent and he has not seen him since. Tony was raised by Sisip and Malcom Goodwin (Aka Sunder) and has a little sister, Elise. Tony has traveled with Sisip and his little sister around the world, and has also spent a great deal of time in Chapel Island learning the ways of his people in the Mi'kmaq Tribe.
